Are you ready to take a break from your busy schedule? Look no further. Anchor's Rest is set up for your no hassle vacation. There are three bedrooms and 2 baths. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. Relax on the screen porch, deck, or the dock. There is a boat lift for your boat and a canoe for your paddling adventures. We have a flat screen TV with Dish Network for your viewing pleasure.

If you like sitting on the dock with a light breeze in the air while you are enjoying the morning's first cup of coffee,this is your new 'happy place'. Easy access to the dock across the green grass of our gently sloping lawn.

Tranquil and peaceful are often the comments made about our home. Located on a well maintained dirt road, just off a paved highway, there is virtually no road noise to interrupt your stay. The relatively flat terrain is great for walking or biking.

Hiking trails, miniature golf, and much more awaits at Seminole State Park which is about a mile away. Forget an item or two? There are a couple small stores a mile or two away.

Just like the fairy tale about Goldilocks, Anchor's Rest is not so small that you feel confined, but not so large that it loses that intimate feel for a romantic weekend getaway. It is just right for up to six people.

Many people don't know about the treasure that is Lake Seminole. Whether a fisherman, hunter, or tourist, you will be impressed with the wildlife. Large bass, ospreys nesting in the trees, coots, ducks, and turtle are just some of the creatures you may see.

When you are in for the night, the living area feels open and comfortable with its 16' high cathedral ceiling. The sofa offers two electric reclining sections for your added comfort. Two rustic rocking chairs are also in the living room so you can rock the night away.

Lake Seminole is not so much a destination as it is an experience. It is a place to unwind, explore, and discover your inner, relaxed self.
